Zmiany przy wystawianiu faktura na podstawie paragonu…

Od 2018 roku fakturę będzie można wystawić podatnikowi VAT na podstawie paragonu wyłącznie wtedy, jeżeli paragon będzie zawierał NIP nabywcy. Celem tej zmiany jest uniemożliwienie wystawiania faktur do paragonów, które nie zostały wystawione dla nabywcy żądającego wystawienia faktury. Zmiana ta ma wejść w życie w I kwartale 2018 roku.
